Our approach
Fountain Havens designs, builds and hands over its own developments. There is no chain of contractors between a drawing and a set of keys, which is why our completion record is the first thing we put in front of a buyer.

Payment structure and handover date are agreed and documented before any funds move. Off-plan reservations include a construction schedule.
